Northern & Southern Blot Analysis

MDS will use standard Southern/Northern blot methods for a variety of applications. These may include determination of plasmid copy number in transfected cells and restriction enzyme fragment analysis, genetic monitoring, mapping, and gene expression analysis. A final report detailing methods and results is provided.
