LEUKEMIA XENOGRAFT MODELS:

1. Pretreat animals on day -2 and day -1 only with 150 mg/kg cyclophosphamide i.p.
2. Inject animals intraveneously in the lateral tail vein with 1e7 leukemia cells such as Acute Myelogenous leukemia (AML) in PBS on Day 0
3. Allow leukemia cells to expand in the animal for 21 days
4. Treat animals with test compound on days 21-61. Drug will be delivered PO, IP or SC depending on the results from client's PK experiments
5. Terminate experiment up to 90 days

1. Inject animals subcutaneously in the right flank with 5e6 cancer cells in PBS/matrigel on Day 0
2. Allow tumor cells to expand in the animal until they produce a solid tumor of 125-250 mm3.
3. Treat animals with test compound up to 30 days. Drug will be delivered PO, IP or SC depending on the results from client's PK experiments
4. Terminate experiment at up to 90 days
